How long are the Meditations?
The meditations are 10 mins in length, including the intro through to the end when the music drops off and you are guided back from your meditative state.
Are the meditations helpful in shifting weight?
YES! The guided meditations have been programmed to tap into your subconscious mind while you are in a meditative state to enhance your experience and understanding. Once awake, the subliminal messaging through the guided meditations has sunken in, allowing you a better connection with your body and mind.
What happens after the 21 days are up?
After your initial 21 days, the guided mediations are yours to keep, so you can refer back to them whenever you wish, and we encourage you to continue listening on a frequent basis to enhance your experience.
I find it hard to meditate, will this still help me?
Absolutely! As each meditation is guided, you just need to find a comfortable position sitting up or lying down, close your eyes and listen as you are guided step by step through your meditation. The experience is different for everyone, so there is no right or wrong. Keeping a routine and a set time to listen to the meditations also helps get you relaxed and ready for the messaging. Enjoy!
