I specialise in teaching women over 50, how to move, eat and live in a more efficient way to benefit their lifestyle. I strive to enhance my client’s quality of life through health, fitness and wellbeing.
I have designed these programs to accomodate all women over 50, 60 , 70 and the constant demands and changes of our bodies as we age. Progressive, effective, safe and fun to achieve the very best health, fitness and wellness.
