The program incorporates 5 ‘meals’ per day. Breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack and dinner.
YES! The meals are mixed with meat based protein and plant based protein and incorporate many vegetarian meals, smoothies, soups, salads and juices.
After your initial 8 weeks the nutrition intensive program is yours to keep, so you can refer back to them whenever you wish, and we encourage you to come back and refer to these meal plans on a frequent basis to enhance your health and wellbeing.
Absolutely! Each recipe is broken down with only the essential ingredients and only very basic cooking methods are used (if any at all). So everyone can enjoy each of the meal plans and recipes in this program.
