Hi, I’m Christy, a Sydney based personal trainer, group exercise fitness professional and nutrition coach with over 20 years experience working alongside a variety of clients to achieve their fitness, body and nutrition goals.
I specialise in seniors classes and gentle exercise classes , ensuring my clients get the very best service, advice and leadership for their skill level and ability, with every session.
I specialise in teaching clients how to move, eat and live in a more efficient way to benefit their lifestyle. I strive to enhance my client’s quality of life through health, fitness and wellbeing.
